St Aidans Country Park to Open

staidanscountryparkGreat news! I’m very happy to report that RSPB St. Aidans Country Park will now open on Monday 10th April. The site, between Leeds and Castleford in Yorkshire, has been cultivated into a world class nature reserve. I’ve been photographing here for the past three years, capturing stunning images of both the landscape and its wildlife. I regularly run Photography Workshops at St. Aidans, aimed at beginners. Few people know the site as well as I do, so why not come and take advantage of my local knowledge.

Wow Paul, simply stunning. I found your beautiful page as I’ve been asked to photograph a wedding up there next year so was looking to inspirational locations that we may be able to use (I’m from Plymouth so a bit of a trek to check things out in person). Really glad I came across your site, some amazing work, I admire your patience in capturing these photos. Thanks, Mark

Thanks for the comments on my images Mark, much appreciated. Yes, it’s a beautiful site. One thing to bear in mind is it’s very open with no shelter (apart from the small visitor centre). Can be great for sunsets!
